Data Quality Service¶

Sidra offers you a tool to ensure validation rules are applied to your data while ingested, the Data Quality Service. This feature is available for all providers and is granular to the Entity level.

The service uses the Great Expectations framework, which enables a wide array of validation types and provides data quality reports for Entities and Assets.

You can find the validation options in the Data Catalog on Sidra Web. Once the data is in the DSU, the validations are performed and quality reports generated on demand.
